Screening and Pre-Selection

Pre selection on the other hand is an in depth evaluation of shortlisted candidates from one screening stage and may include phone screening,online assessments or detailed reference checks.

A reference check involves contacting a candidates previous employers or professional contacts to verify their work experience, skills and overall performance, while background check includes verifying details like criminal history, education, employment history, driving record and credit history.
Visa application and documentation
During this stage the candidate submits necessary documents and Target tours will facilitate work permit application from the employer. Documents submitted by candidates usually includes a passport, proof of employment, financial records, and any other paperwork that pertain the visa type and country regulations
